    Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. Processing takes place on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays:

    Estimated Delivery Time
    Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control. Estimated delivery for U.S. orders is:

    • Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days
    • Standard Shipping:
      • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
      • Transit Time: 4–9 business days
      • Shipping Cost: $4.99

    Shipping Cut-Off Time
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

    Tracking Your Order

    Custom & Personalized Orders
    Custom orders may require additional processing time based on design complexity. Our team will notify you if extra time is needed.

    Shipping Restrictions
    We currently ship within the continental U.S. only.
    We do not ship to:

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • International destinations

    Incorrect Address Policy
    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays. We are not responsible for:

    • Orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect entry
    • Lost or returned shipments due to address issues
    • Additional shipping fees incurred for resending orders

    If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be sent back to our logistics partner and may be disposed of. A reshipping fee will apply.
